GRAPPA DI CHIANTI CLASSICO
The grappa comes from the dregs of pressed grapes used for the Chianti classico, which still humid are sent to the distillery and trasformed before 24 h. to guarantee fresh and typical aromas from the origin terroir.
The old Grappa is aged in little barriques, for almost for 2 years.
Notes Straw yellow, to the nose brings a bouquet of spice and vanilla, typicol of the dry fruit. Comes out a very strong intensity and fineness to the nose. Velvet and wormness feelings in mouth, balanced with long tasting.
