GT ROSSO TOSCANA LE BALZE
Produced from grapes typical from the Chianti area. The grapes are harvested separately, and the following spring the wine is assembled for aging.
Following the traditional method: in oak barrels, 12/18 months.
Ruby red color. Delicate and persistent aroma and typical notes due to the traditional aging method. Good harmony, good body and considerable structure.
A classic that can accompany all dishes: from pasta with meat sauce to roast, to end up with fresh cheeses.
