COLOR: Deep ruby ​​red with violet reflections.

SCENTS: Full, intense with hints of morello cherry, violet, iris, fine spicy and balsamic notes.

CHARACTERISTICS: On the palate it is powerful and full-bodied, with a marked harmony, elegant with soft and sweet tannins.


Produced only in suitable years and selecting the best Sangiovese bunches. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks, where it is left to macerate on the skins for a longer period than the Chianti Classico, which the period of aging has a minimum of 12 months. After the malolactic fermentation the wine passes to the maturing part in barrique, therefore, once bottled it is kept for the necessary refinement in the cellar before the final presentation on the market. Fruity with soft wood scents that accompany and support its structure, consistency and persistence.
